Derreck has been a long time resident of Florida of more than 20 years. Being in the Daytona area for over 10 years, Derreck has exceptional knowledge of the areas and what makes them unique. Originally from New Jersey Derreck brings with him his love of the Ocean but preferred temperatures that Florida offers. A motorcycle enthusiasts, surfer, photographer and over-all "honey-do" volunteer; Derreck can talk with anyone about anything. Coming from a family of Realtors from the 70's Derreck was eventually destined to follow in the family tradition.

We offer new Agents a higher commission split to expedite their success, encourage their motivation, and ease the stresses of a new Agent compared to many local brokerages.
Our Education is not the bare minimum, it's to get you educated and EXCITED about making your future work for you! Enabling you to dream bigger if you want, become a Broker Associate or a Broker all on your own. We do not wash, rinse & repeat the same old material that only hits the surface. We take a deep dive into ALL aspects of being an agent, including AGENT SAFETY & AGENT SCAMS.
DEDICATED BROKER MANAGER
Additionally, the Owner is an active REALTOR. Many Agents discuss that their Brokers/Broker Managers are not engaged in assisting their Realtors. Beach On Realty has a BROKER who is dedicated to you and is here to catapult you into the future as an agent.

CRM
You start at Beach On Realty day one with a CRM. If you are brand-new, you will have a specific set of tasks in your pipeline already articulated with URLs to outside 3rd party sites to get you on your way. You will be trained on Farming, CMA, Contract, Closings Process and the most likely scenarios you will come across. YOU WILL NOT FEEL NOR WILL YOU BE RUDDERLESS at Beach On Realty. From day 1 you will have the tools available to you, it's up to you to run wild and let the world of Real Estate know you have arrived!
TAKE GUESS WORK OUT ~ TEAM ENVIRONMENT
Beach On Realty is not an average Brokerage. As an agent we offer you gift packages already designed for your customers on closed transactions that are not stale crackers and jam. We want our agent's customers’ to feel special, we want our agents to have ease in giving customized thoughtful house warming gifts that are related to Daytona and the Beach On life!
Real Estate is an expensive endeavor to enter into. At Beach On Realty we encourage our agents to keep their costs as low as possible. If you are an agent wanting a different phone number for your business, you do NOT need a new line with a traditional carrier. We will teach you how to hunt for “best numbers” for your work number and guide you through the modernized technology of today, without being a virtual brokerage.
PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS
We build relationships with our Partners. We share our partner with you and highly encourage you to build a relationship with them. Each partner offers a unique product. We take the guess work out of it, and you are sure to appreciate the partners we have and their educational office visits.
FLOOR TIME/BEACH ON REALTOR OF THE WEEK
Floor time is not mandatory, it is encouraged. At Beach On Realty we take our commitment to your success one step further! Our Facebook Messenger and Beach On Bot on our website will feature the Beach On Realtor of the Week and their contact information. Leads for the week will go directly to the Beach on Realtor of the Week. To become Beach On Realtor of the Week, we reward successes and more importantly effort!
Additionally, if you have Floor Time, you will be given access to post on Beach On Realty Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram announcing your office hours, any listings/sales, or other relevant information. We have branding standards, but we will guide you. We truly are here to support your success!

TRAINING
This is the most pivotal and important part for new agents. If you are a seasoned agent, you are welcome to any trainings, however, as an independent contractor you are not ever required to participate.
LISTING COMMISSION SPLIT
As an independent contractor, you are able to decide how you offer a commission to the Buyer’s agent. While at Beach On Realty we encourage a fair split, we leave it to you, the listing agent to decide how to best conduct your business and recoup your costs and negotiate Listing Contracts with the Seller. In Florida ALL contracts are negotiable.
